Video Production Proposal

 

Introduction

My goal with any content I create, whether it’s a video, photo, or website isn’t just to tell a compelling story or create a beautiful image. I want to combine those elements with an intentional effort to help you solve problems, reach more people with your vision, and ultimately make a difference. Creative content can be an investment - but when it’s done right it can be a meaningful one that produces a strong return. I will help you strengthen your online and social media presence with video content that will help you reach new volunteers or donors and provide a welcoming introduction to new ones.

Objectives

- Create a series of branded social media videos that can be used on Instagram and Facebook to engage new audiences.

- Create a separate interview or narration driven video that casts the vision of Tacoma Urban League

 
 

How to achieve those objectives

  • Social media videos will be scripted with either on-camera talent or B-Roll and motion graphic text delivering short bite sized messages about the Tacoma Urban League. Videos will be formatted to fit either Instagram, Instagram Stories, or Facebook in both aspect ratio and time lengths.

  • The ‘vision video’ can feature a recent success story of someone who has gone through a Tacoma Urban League program and experienced empowerment and furthered success as a result. This video would tell their story and why Tacoma Urban League made a difference in their life. The interview would be accompanied with compelling B-Roll footage to tell the story visually.

  • The ‘vision video’ also has the option to be scripted and narrated rather than driven by an interview. This option is helpful if programs are newer and have less stories of people who can represent or embody the program as a whole. This option would feature more B-Roll footage as it won’t have an interview to highlight.

Deliverables

1) Instagram, Instagram Stories, and Facebook videos (amount is scalable to suit client’s needs)

2) One 2-4 minute vision video

  • I will create strong visual content that can be used across multiple platforms to ensure that more people are reached and engaged.

  • I will work with you to develop the scripts and concepts for all videos. I will work with you to select locations and shots that are visually compelling and tell the story you are trying to communicate. I will help you achieve your vision and stand out from the crowd.

  • The pricing listed below is set pricing. There won’t be any surprises or unexpected increase in price. The only way the cost will go up is if the scope of the work changes - and this will always require a discussion beforehand.

From here we’ll discuss any questions you might have and can adjust anything in the quote to fit your needs. Once we feel like its a great fit I’ll draft a contract with a detailed list of what will be necessary to meet our deadlines.
