Sound Life Video Proposal
Summary
Riley Endicott is partnering with Sound Life Church to produce a 10 minute video highlighting the ministries of the church for the upcoming new members class. The video will feature at least one pastor speaking on camera to the class along with B-Roll of the ministries.

Key Assumptions
We’ll schedule anyone presenting on camera to be filmed on the same day
Additional B-Roll can be filmed the same day but it isn’t required
Sound Life will provide additional B-Roll, photos, or graphics for the video - this won’t cost anything extra to include
Additional shoot days or editing revisions will be billed separately
I will provide all of the technical equipment including a 4k or 6k camera package, lighting, and audio
My Commitment
I will work in a detailed and efficient manor that ensures the project is completed on time
I will work with you to determine the best locations to film and make sure the shooting schedule maximizes everyone’s time
The pricing listed below is set pricing. There won’t be any surprises or unexpected increase in price. The only way the cost will go up is if the scope of the work changes - and this will always require a discussion beforehand.

1/2 Day of filming to capture the Pastor’s presentation to the class. Can include B-Roll.
Lighting, camera, and audio package.
