Texas Dept. of Public Safety
Video Editing Quote
Riley Endicott is partnering with Staci and Jeremy Huntsman to help edit and produce the video content for Texas’s department of public safety requirements in American Sign Language. Riley will be provided with the footage (with the option to help film) for roughly 500 questions and 1500-2000 answers. The following proposal will provide deliverables and exceptions for the project.
Deliverables
1) Edit, rename, organize and export question and answer files (roughly 500 questions and 1500-2000 answers)
2) Video files to be compressed and delivered to specified codec, resolution, and bit rate required for app playback.
3) Consultation for filming
In order to ensure file structure can be organized and editing can be efficient, question and possible answer segments must be delivered in a single clip with both English interpretation and ASL.
I will provide a consultation for lighting, video set up, and file management for transfer.
Price is based on a roughly 5 minute per question and answer segment editing time of 500 files.
Price includes cost of media storage and archiving.
Files must be delivered in batches through out July - September. Or 6 week minimum must be given with all files.
I will work in a detailed and efficient manor that ensures that file specifications are met, files are organized and easily accessible for the app team.
I will work with you to determine the best practices for filming and organizing footage.
The pricing listed below is set pricing. There won’t be any surprises or unexpected increase in price. The only way the cost will go up is if the scope of the work changes - and this will always require a discussion beforehand.
